post-jam update

A major post-jam update! 

I spent the week finishing up the features that I hoped to do but didn't have time to, including:
- a tutorial
- completed beat map of main game
- added a new type of beat
- new sound effects for tutorial and main game
- made gameplay health based
- some juice (effects and small visual details)
